Shells are made of special ERW tubes as per standards. Smooth surface and dynamic balancing ensure lowest friction and vibration.
Shafts are made from high quality carbon steel with perfect tolerance and high precision for ensuring perfect fit.
Precision high quality ball bearings with C3 clearances is used as per international standards.
Tested and proven Multistage labyrinth sealing ensures tight sealing from ingress of dust, water, slurry and other contaminations. Provides longest life with high reliability.
Bearing housings are made of high-quality sheets, pressed for high degree of tolerance and simultaneously welded for precise concentricity.
Rollers are greased and sealed for designed life time. Provide maintenance free and low running cost.

Conveyor pulleys are manufactured from high quality sheet steel / metal plates with welded end plates.
Drive/ Tail/ Take-up pulleys have machined faces to reduce wear on belt.
Plain, Chevron grove or Diamond grooved rubber lagging shall be furnished based on additional frictional requirement between belt and pulley or application such as wet / abrasive.
Pulley outer lining ceramic tiles are made of abrasive endurable materials. Flat or Dimple type ceramic tiles shall be selected.
All pulleys are statically balanced as per international standards.
